Every project follows the same disciplined process. Six steps to find and verify the right supplier, then four stages of inspection to make sure what arrives at your dock matches what was agreed.
Our multi-lingual teams will help you get your production in China right from the start to prevent all parties from incurring unnecessary costs. We are China sourcing experts with a focus on reducing costs, increasing quality and providing excellent service to our clients. We source products from both inside and outside our network to find the best manufacturing companies with the most reasonable pricing.
Email us a detailed description of the products you are looking for, along with photos or samples, if possible.
We will then identify and locate potential suppliers through our various networks.
We will conduct on-site evaluations of the suppliers to assess their capabilities, capacity, credentials, facilities, production line management, workforce, and more.
We will request samples from each potential supplier and put together a comprehensive list based on quality and price.
We will send you prices and samples from the top-ranked suppliers.
If you are satisfied with our solution, we will constantly negotiate with the best conditions with the right suppliers. We will also supervise the quality of management of the manufactured products and ensure on-time delivery.
Then —
Once the supplier is chosen, our QC team takes over.

The four-stage inspection process
Our Factory & Environment Assessment (FEA) covers the environmental and ethical production conditions. The Pre-Production Check (PPC) covers the respective production specifications as per your requirements. This tailor-made, third party assessment can be combined with the Factory Quality Assessment (FQA), where the evaluation of a factory can be made, prior to placing an order, in accordance to your needs.
The IPQC is an on-line inspection of products as available during production to confirm product compliance. Monitoring the production process reduces the risk of substandard quality and works to ensure that all other aspects of contractual obligations are met. The earlier the detection of possible execution shortcomings, the more efficient and effective it would be to initiate corrective actions.
Final Random Inspection (FRI) is the detailed visual inspection of goods before shipment. It is generally conducted on the premises of the manufacturer, on samples selected according to defined sampling procedures. The inspection criteria covering quality, quantity, marking and packing are based on your specifications and reference samples, as provided. Upon completion of FRI, a detailed inspection report is sent to you and our inspection certificate is issued to the supplier if all findings are positive.
We ensure your goods are loaded in a proper manner and that the containers are not defective or unsanitary. Damaged containers i.e. broken welding seams, gaps etc. especially on the roof, create a high risk of water damage from either sea water or rain.
